- Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and receipts.

Refund Process
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
- Refunds are processed through your original payment method once your return is confirmed.
- We do not refund shipping fees unless the error was on our part.
Exceptions
- Health and wellness items (such as supplements and personal care products) cannot be refunded once opened, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Sale and clearance items are final and not eligible for refund.
